Ross,

Same issue that we saw and yes it was resolved by performing a temporary fix on request and followed up by a permanent software upgrade , caused me a lot of grief!

We had a similar issue.
It had something to do with their shaping, a bug with the Cienna kit.
They would implement a fix on request, but everytime we added a new service, it would break again.

They have now implemented a fix for it, a software upgrade I believe.

We saw some weird mtu issues with AAPT Cienna kit on the their edge dropping certain packets of multiples of 256bytes, prob best to give them a ring and lodge a fault ticket

Hello All

Is anyone see issues with large packets aatp -> aatp east west.

We currently have multiple customers who are on AATP connections at both ends not able to interconnect. Pings are fine but when increasing the length greater the 1472 we cant get through. Its as if they are not fragmenting big packets.
