[AusNOG] AATP MTU Issues east west

We had a similar issue.
It had something to do with their shaping, a bug with the Cienna kit.
They would implement a fix on request, but everytime we added a new
service, it would break again.

They have now implemented a fix for it, a software upgrade I believe.
