Not sure if it’s related, but I lost 100% of my Telstra Layer 2 DSL services for a few minutes this morning at 02:20 (AEDT UTC+11:00), got ~75% of them back by 02:40, hit a plateau, and at 06:00 slowly started regaining more until I hit 100% at 11:00.

Telstra said there was no issue on their end, but they only looked at the DSLAMs, not the Layer 2 stuff, so it’s a mystery to me.
