Alternatively, there's switches like the Dell Force-10 Z (or S?) series that are running FTOS on top of Linux <http://bit.ly/1gd1O1r>. 

The CLI is IOS like, with some differences (for example, to add VLAN access to a port, you would go into the configuration for the VLAN and add the physical port there, not the other way around for IOS).
