Hi Rhys,

APNIC do not actually manage any of the GeoIP databases which are likely causing you these issues.

Your best her is to contact the Database Administrators for Maxmind and the other sources and use any forms or contact addresses they have to inform them to crawl the WHOIS data again.

You could contact the support or forum admin's for these sites and ask them which GeoIP database they are referencing as well to ensure the quickest resolution.

Kindest Regards,
Nathan Brookfield

Hey Guys

I have a few new Ip’s 103.X.X X
My users are having problems doing things like catch-up TV and some forums with the message “You are not in Australia”

Where would be the best place to start with this?
Contact forum admin’s? Or perhaps call Apnic?

Any Advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Rhys
