[AusNOG] PIPE issues at NextDC M1

Same issue for us,

A fibre service down in M1 and another fibre service in Doncaster
Datacentre down.
And is impossible to contact Pipe NOC at this stage.

Can anybody give us some idea of what's happening ?

Hi Group,

I'm seeing issues on a circuit with dark fibre dependency at M1 and I'm
also having issues raising NOC by phone - Phone calls are either
dropped, or a message "We are unable to process your call at this
time.".

If there's a NOC contact lurking please get in touch, similarly, if you
have any tips for raising their NOC, all advice is welcome.
