[AusNOG] PIPE Transit / TPG / APPT routing issues

Hi,

  Both those IP's jump straight into PIPE IX (Peering) for me, and head 
straight to the IP through TPG-Telecom network.

     115.178.16.45 jumps in on AS25130 (PIPE Networks)
     118.88.26.80 jumps in on AS7545 (TPG)
