Netflix will love it - more customers for them!

Netflix have long shown that they don't care if their customers are using
GeoLocation avoidance mechanisms for accessing their content, and in fact
in the past year or two have even removed some restrictions around US-only
credit cards that made it more difficult for people in countries like
Australia and New Zealand to access their service.

The only real question is how long until their content owners start to
force them to increase their controls - Hulu already started doing this
back in April by blocking the ranges of known VPN providers, but at this
stage they seem to be the only ones taking any action.
