[AusNOG] another ipv6 Q

I'm playing catchup, but I get the feeling Alex thinks that having an
IPv4 range entitles him to a directly mapped IPv6 range - ie that every
IPv4 range has an equivalently mapped IPv6 range for use, without any
registrar involvement.
