Aha! I just realised chrome was auto-correcting me to www. as I'd 
visited it before.

Can confirm:

  medicare.gov.au - Forbidden
  medicareaustralia.gov.au - Forbidden
  www.medicare.gov.au - Forbidden
  www.medicareaustralia.gov.au - 301 to humanservices.gov.au (/?utm_id=9)

Either way - it seems William is reading the thread and will hopefully 
bring it up with the appropriates :).
