[AusNOG] Work experience in networking/telecoms/DCs? Getting my foot in the door?

Does Cisco have any product certification for engineers? or just sales
certification engineers can do?  I'd like to see some where engineers
learnt what features different platforms have.  I realise this changes
regularly, but a baseline should be able to be established...
