[AusNOG] Rackspace Cloud DNS DDoS

FYI,

Anyone using rackspace cloud DNS may be suffering from failed lookup.
Rackspace is currently undergoing a DDoS on their Cloud DNS infrastructure.
Information on their status page has some very vague information but should
be updated soon.
