Filtering isn't a solution.

People should grow up and post within the charter, and if it's at the point
of splitting hairs about what is on or off topic, they should think about
the 2,000 others having to read their level 1 support questions.

This list is at it's best for bigger picture stuff, not TAC level 1 support.
