Hey All,

I am having issues getting hold of any of at Glovine Pty Ltd in relation to most of my servers been offline since 2AM. Have lodged tickets and have no reply and clients are still offline.

I have no IPMI or DRAC access to the servers and I am pretty much in limbo

I gave notice to terminate all my services as soon as my new provider moves into ME1 but I was hoping things would keep running in the meantime.

Has anyone got any idea who is hosting GloVines servers (suspected SAU) and how we can get IMPI to our servers so we can get our clients back online.

Some servers went offline after this last night http://gyazo.com/c90c477df580ed4f301984635272c09b

As writing this I have 2 servers that are responding the other 3 are not responding and time out after the border router.

Lodged a support ticket hours ago and have not heard anything. Tried getting in contact with the infamous Daniel Watson to get the issue resolved but his phone is switched off ( Not Surprised)

Thinking Legal Action?

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. My glowing reputation with our clients is being damaged by the minute and I suspect that this is being done on purpose after I submitted a ticket last night saying I was terminating servers and moving as soon as ME1 opened.

P.S This is the reason why I don’t like datacentres or relying on other people.. because stuff like this happens. I thought Telstra was a joke well this takes the cake!
