[AusNOG] Web (Transparent) Caching

We ran an outbound proxy and forced all users through it at ${job-1},
purely so we could run LightSquid over the logs, to ensure staff were
sticking to the rules on non work related sites (aka only outside of 9-1
and 2-5). Other than that there wasn't much point, as 90% of web traffic
was Https anyway.. (hotmail, gmail, facebook, twitter, plus our in-house
apps which were all within the PCI environment, so had to be HTTPS) It was
also a good way to pickup if a staff member had some kind of infection, as
you'd see their http hits go through the roof.

We rode on the winds of the rising storm,
We ran to the sounds of thunder.
We danced among the lightning bolts,
 and tore the world asunder
