[AusNOG] Cisco SPA - Fax in Australia

Hi Joseph,

Best luck with these units is to disable anything smart and make sure the
impedence settings are set correctly.

Our usual strategy is:

- disable silence suppression
- disable fax detection
- disable T.38
- set Australian impedance settings
- ensure only codec for negotiation is alaw

normally this takes it from about a 20% success rate on fax calls to around
96%.

Still looking for a "holy grail" solution.
