[AusNOG] Go Bulletproof - IPv5

I've heard a rumor HE is going to be provisioning IPv5 tunnels in order to
allow connection.

Although probably not for at least another 7 hours or so  (after all, it's
only the afternoon of the 31st of March here in California...)
