[AusNOG] Go Bulletproof - IPv5

I think that IPv5 is really just a stab in the dark without addressing the
real issues we need addressed.  We all know IPv6 is a massive step
backwards (no NAT - WHAAATT??)  - but after all the reading I have done on
IPvX (Or as it is becoming commonly known IPX) you can see how much of a
mistake was made IPv4,6 AND 5.  And it doesn't use IP addresses either.
