[AusNOG] Dark Fibre Pricing

Thanks Skeeve, and others who've replied off-list!

To reiterate, I'm looking for current market pricing (contract/quote prices) for longer distance dark fibre runs. I don't need to know the carrier/supplier, and all info is normalised into industry low, median and high prices for different distance bands (typically on a $/Km basis).  I'm happy to trade info / insights with anyone who is able to help.
