In my experience, Equinix is nearer $250 MRC for a cross-connect. As Skeeve says, GS installs are by quote only and the monthly is charged to the suite owner (who will need to organise for the cross-connect to be quoted and installed) who then typically passes it on to the customer requesting the work.
