[AusNOG] TPP Leak - AU opposes potential safe harbour for ISPs

Disappointing that Australia seems to come across as the lap dog to the US
on these issues. Hopefully some one reaches out to Turnbull for comment as
this draft was made under the last government, maybe a new government will
have a different position.
