Agree with Jeremy, checking that latest DB from http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/#IP_Geolocation shows it as AU

Their IP-to-country database is out of date. Simple as that.

You need to pursue it with them - not APNIC's fault at all. (Just checked your WHOIS information - looks fine.)
