[AusNOG] IP Location showing as Japan

This has nothing at all to do with APNIC, which is probably why they are..
well.. telling you that it has nothing to do with them.

http://nanog.peeringdb.com/index.php/GeoIP would be a good place to start
as far as understanding the problem and working towards getting it fixed.
