[AusNOG] Pipe/Equinix Peering Costs

Up to you, ping to US west coast is what I used. Actual throughput might be
a 2ndary factor, but I think aside from RIMs and tiny exchanges theres not
really congestion any more that wouldn't let you max your link with enough
threads, but speed to youtube could be the 2ndary metric.
