[AusNOG] NetEqualizer

Hi All,

We're thinking of shopping in a customer's NetEnforcer for a NetEqualizer.
Wondered if anyone on list had any experience with the "equalizing"
approach to congestion management? Would be interested to hear about any
and all, good or bad experiences.
