[AusNOG] APNIC Slashes Costs for New Members

That isn't entirely true.  There was no proposal to reduce these costs as
such.  They 'run' the business, and the members only get involved as needed.

The only semi-involvement is that APNIC via Paul, probably talk to the
EC... James would know more about that.
