[AusNOG] ATO technical contact

I'm seeing the same, yet can still browse the site. Given that last hop 
is an IP within a fairly close subnet I'd hazard a guess it is fire 
walled beyond that.

To re-iterate, browsing works fine for me here, routing via PIPE.
