[AusNOG] Re Requests for Direct (BGP ACCESS) for AMPR (44.0.0.0/8)

Why would ISP's be being contacted by Ham's to setup routing for 44/8 
addresses?  One of the requirements for being allocated AMPR ip's is 
that you don't make them publically routable??

Or has that changed since I was last routing AMPR traffic? (Granted, it 
was 2001 :-p)
