The EX3200 is only single power supply (unless you use an RPS), but is field replaceable.

The extra slot that appears there is actually for a user replaceable fan module.

You're right, he did ask for that.  But the EX3200 has the same power options as the EX4200 if I am correct.

Neither of which have redundant power supplies, which joe listed as an important requirement. The RPS that is available, while helpful. Doesn't remove the need for de racking the switch to get the failed PSU out of it. The ex4200 is the lowest EX switch model that has dual hot swap PSUs.
