Actually I think Noel is just trying to prove my point that a message being
rejected due to the stupidity of the recipients mail server is a problem
for the recipient, not the sender.  In addition to yahoo and .name, I just
got this back from his mail server :

554 554 5.7.1 Policy Violation: Please use English only -
Richtlinienverletzung: Bitte verwenden Sie nur auf Englisch - Violation de
la politique: S'il vous pla  t utiliser l'anglais seulement - Violaci  n de
pol  ticas: Por favor, use Ingl  s solamente -

(The irony of course being that this message will probably get blocked too,
due to be including his own mail server response which is not in English.
If one more person replies and includes the text above that'll be 3.  I
wonder how many bounces until the AusNOG mail server software
auto-unsubscribes him?)
