You are correct. But my issue is on blocking a whole /24. If they didn't
block the whole /24 I wouldn't care and fix the issue without making
this noise.

This is for a colo/client range. I won't do that to my customers. The
mail server in question does and has from the start have a valid PTR.

I would too, but not in the case. Sorry. A /24 is over the top in my
books. It wasn't even listed as sending spam on their site.
