[AusNOG] Telstra contact for mobile proxy

Hi all,

Thanks to all that have responded on this Telstra issue.

Two staff from Telstra responded and fixed the problem, so now our
customers are much happier.

For all those suggesting an APN change, unfortunately it's not practical
when you've got thousands of customers to take care of.
