[AusNOG] Anybody else seeing something funky on AAPT ev2

We are getting intermittent  throughput Looks like it's down to about 
30M/bit's now some sites  cant send big packets  some other sites can 
but get slow through put some reporting availability going up and down. 
It's all over the place really.
