[AusNOG] Microsoft Hotmail Account Recovery

Hi all,

 

I have a domestic client that has been locked out of their Hotmail account.
They know the password, but upon login are presented with:

 

"It looks like someone else might be using your account"

 

Which then presents recovery options that we've tried but are no use. I've
tried MS Partner support, and spent a month or so going through the hoops to
no avail. Are there any other avenues?
