Gday Guys

I was wondering if you may be able to help me..

I want to know,  when you do a speedtest it shows the IP/Carrier the IP belongs to like so

I was wondering if you could tell me,  does it get the name "GloVine Pty Ltd - Sydney Gaming Network" from the IP Subnet? or from the ASN?
