[AusNOG] Pipe/Equinix Peering Costs + Megaport

Based on Bevan's post about 75 ports being sold I'd say he's run out of
customers on BevNOG and has to broaden his client base :P

Though its hard to call it sales when its free for 6 months and practically
free after that point, and if it manages to get a significant number of
list members' using it for the benefit of all members, pretty hard to find
much wrong with that :/
