[AusNOG] Pipe/Equinix Peering Costs

Hi Matt,

I can confirm recently resigning 100Mbit in SY1 and being charged $500
after A LOT of pushing (down from $1000). I think $250 is a little too
optimistic, but $1000 is ludicrous.
I definitely recommend getting on WAIA NSW-IX, even with a dark core to SY1
its still going to be better value (in terms of peering capacity) than Eqx
peering.

Total value will be dependant on a few more peers on NSW-IX - but if you
join up then thats 1 more peer :).
