[AusNOG] Why is peering in Australia so hard?

Hi Wolfgang,

I notice you are present in Vocus PerthIX but are not peering on IX Australia (WA).

I'm fairly sure there is a POP at PerthIX… Can't really speak for other states, but you would pick up the majority of Perth providers there.
