[AusNOG] Carrier Access to Datacentres

Not that I've much knowledge on this subject, but the de facto way I've
come across is meet me rooms in the US and EU. I'm fairly sure Equinix has
deals with the top 20 or so carriers in (just about) every one of their
facilities, which would make sense given their business model.
