[AusNOG] For AusNOG amateur radio licensees

I UN-ashamably nuked my neighbours stereo with my ham radio, their loud
2AM party music was keeping my 2 year old son & myself awake. Their
stereo system suffered some severe RF overload for a couple of minutes.
Then the music magically stopped and my son and I got back to sleep!

Here in Australia the morse code part of the exam/licence requirement
was dropped several years ago, after that there seemed to be a
resurgence in newly licensed amateur radio people coming on-air.
