Reading there blog posts it seems like they are on a Shared Hosting server where other sites reside on this IP so it may not be targeted towards them at all.

Looks like all the MFU recordings are available via iTunesU.. so I wonder if the LEA request is specific to some content on their website alone or whether it's a recording of one of their lectures (which would be Akamai-ed).
