[AusNOG] SMW3 Restoration

Hi,


Is there a (black)market for 2nd hand submarine cable, or is there something it is made with that is valuable enough to make it worth stealing (copper perhaps?). It isn't going to be the cleanest thing to buy and either redeploy or pull apart.
