Journalists Report Post Bangka Deddy Marjaya



BANGKAPOS.COM<http://bangkapos.com/>, BANGKA- Police of Bangka has secured 16 tons of fiber optic cable from two trucks  at Jl Raya Sungailiat-Belinyu, in the village of Deniang, on Monday (4/3/2013) Wednesday.



Up to now, the police are still doing the investigation. The optical fibers found are in the state of cut into pieces, highly suspected to be the result of under sea theft in the water of Bangka island and Riau Islands.



Together with the fiber optic evidence, the police have arrested the truck drivers that are being hired to transport the fiber optics from Tuing to Pangkal Pinang.

I can confirm from a SMW3 owner that repairs are currently underway repairing 2 faults between Perth and Singapore with a current ETA on restoration around 22nd.
