[AusNOG] NBN Zone: Telstra Provisioning Service Blackout

We have seen this in areas where NBN was on offer but not installed yet. 
Found it to always be a dead end. We have had customers over locations  
over this. At the risk of avoiding a massive political bung fight. I 
would suggest something will start happening after the next election 
when we will know for sure if we will even have an NBN or not.

At the moment. We will continue to hold at FL120 waiting clearance.
