Have you actually tried contacting us directly?

To the matter at hand, there appears to be an issue with the router. 
How far that extends is still being determined, but traffic levels 
through the router are completely normal, so, based on your 
observations, the router appears to be hatin' on a very limited, 
specific set of prefixes.

Please contact support, give them your details, get a ticket number, and 
ask, in the first instance, to get it escalated to the Network 
Operations team.
