If your careful not to snap the actual metal you can easily pop the lock without breaking it using a flat head screwdriver until the bottom of the lock without causing damage.

The keyed-alike NetShelter SX keys are coded as EK333s, at least in our case. However, if your racks are 'individually' keyed they'll be slightly different. Depending on how urgent it is, you can get some online pretty easily.

We recently picked up a bunch of EK333s, and others, for around USD$2.00 from a place called Steel City Supplies in the USA. If time isn't too much of an issue, it might be worth investigating, considering the price that APC agents charge for a set...
