[AusNOG] PIPE outage in Melbourne

Our Pipe services have just been restored at our Melbourne DC's

Hopefully they can send out a fault report ASAP to pass onto our customers.

Yes it has been down for almost two hours now. It did come back for a while
about an hour ago, but was discarding packets over 152 bytes, then it died
completely again.

I have spoken to the noc twice, and they don't have any timeframe as yet.
