[AusNOG] SecurITon / RackCentral DC - Updated Outage Notification

If anything, I would personally like to see more notifications like this. For example, we are not a direct customer of pipe, but we were still affected by their outage earlier in the week; seeing the posts on this list was a very helpful notification to us.

Obviously, this doesn't mean that the local ISP with 150 customers should be posting outage notes, but where an outage has the potential to affect a decent part of the nog  community, I can only see benefits to this.
