That's an interesting trade-off Guy.  You want your customers to stop
complaining about bad Speedtest results, so you host it locally and donate
bandwidth to other ISP's customers doing speed tests!  You trade off all
your customers bandwidth burn hitting the Internet for ST for other
people's customers hitting you for it, and hope that B is less than A.
