[AusNOG] One physical link with two logical PE connections

Multi VLAN layer 2 point to point service could do this.
PIPE offers layer 2 p2p. Cost is quite good.
The layer 1 point of failure would be the  NTU  and they run QinQ so you
can throw your own tagged frames on if desired.

leak them accordingly where necessary but you still have a "single point of
failure" in that if the physical connection goes down, you will lose your
primary and backup BGP peers for example.
